Raising Resilience at Work

Resilience at work is the capacity to effectively manage workplace stress, adapt to change, adopt a positive outlook, recover from setbacks, maintain job performance, learn from challenges and find opportunities for learning and growth. This workshop is aimed to increase the resilience and inner strength of staff, employees and volunteers to ensure there is a healthy management of difficulties, conflict and change within the workplace. This interactive workshop will provide attendees with:

  • A clear definition of resilience

  • An understanding of resilience within the workplace

  • Enhanced wellbeing

  • Case studies

  • Practical strategies to raise resilience levels, with a workplace focus

  • Opportunities to practice the techniques presented

  • Activities
